Follow up on install at Jen;s house Dec 23, Dec 24 From the beginning (initial walk around) Matt made us feel like he was on our side. Weather caused a few delays in install date BUT HEY who can control the weather? Dec 23rd and Dec 24th Matt, Chaz, John, Steve, Riley, & Chris were on top of getting the old wooden down and the new PVC up. It was a pleasure to see the professional effort that ended up with Jen's property really popping and of course more secure thanx to the locking gates. The removal of the ugly lattice leaves only a few photos of how bad it was and Jen gained about 16 square foot of backyard in the process. These guys are a credit to Dennisville Fence Company. I have been telling myself for the last 2 years now that it was time to send you and your company a letter regarding my satisfaction with the job you did back in the Spring/ Summer of 2006. Simply put I could not have been happier with the whole process. I will give my recap as to my specific job and how you simply separated yourself from the rest of the competition.

First of all you were very quick to respond to my request for a quote. Once you saw my jobsite you offered many suggestions as to how to improve upon my thoughts. Once we agreed to a price you were able to fit me in to the day that the landscapers were finishing. It was simply a matter of you making my job seem like it was of utmost importance.

Finally I need to mention the primary reason for not getting in touch with you too soon after the installation. This was because I wanted to make sure the fence (not to mention the beautiful deck) stood up to the elements, most specifically the wind. We have had many windstorms over the past several years and the fence stayed in place without a hitch. It was only until a month ago that we did have a significant storm and I did lose an 8ft panel. I understood that there was no way a fence company could guarantee against wind so at that point I tested the last issue and that was service. I called Erik the morning after and when I came home from work the panel was put back in place.
