This project was completed December 2011. The old back deck was showing signs of age and with the layout of the deck and steps, the usable deck area was a little too small for the homeowners' needs. We tore out the old back deck, poured new footings and built a new deck from ground up. The deck area was increased from 243 square feet to 308 square feet without adding much to the footprint of the deck; most of the area was gained by re positioning the steps. At this house, we also installed horizontal Azek strips to close off the area beneath the existing front porch. -
Azek decking was installed on the new pressure treated frame. Silver Oak color Azek decking was the perfect choice for this natural cedar shake sided house. The decking color and subtly variegated grain pattern complement the siding beautifully and the deck looks like a weathered hardwood deck- except it will never rot. The use of the Hid Fast and Cortex blind fastening systems makes for a deck with fasteners that are virtually invisible.
To ensure that everybody on the deck stays on the deck, Azek Premiere Composite railings were installed. These railings have the look and feel of painted wood railings, but will never need to be painted. Vinyl railings are very nice. We manufacture them and we install a lot of them, but there are some situations where they just look out of place. Azek railings are an excellent alternative and they compliment the look of this house beautifully.
To finish off the new deck and the existing front porch, Azek trim was installed on the fascia. We enclosed the area beneath the decks with horizontal Azek strips. 3-1/2 strips of Azek were spaced just under 1 apart to close the under deck areas off, but still allow for air flow. The areas under the decks are still accessible via access hatches that virtually disappear when closed.
The finished product is a house with an updated look, and a safe, expanded outdoor living area featuring the latest in low maintenance products. All of this was done without altering the overall look of the house- nothing done on this renovation looks out of place.

This gate was installed on for a large church renovation project in Sea Isle City mid December 2011. The gate features a welded galvanized steel frame that has been powder coated black. The infill on the gate is Azek Decking in Redland Rose color. Between ourselves, the general contractor, the fabricators of the gate frame, the architects and the Parish, everybody worked together to bring a vision to fruition and on time.
What started as a detail on a set of plans will now stand guard at this church for many years to come. Maintenance on this gate will mean hosing it down every so often to clean off residue from the salt air; painting and staining will not be necessary.
If you have something in mind that you may have seen somewhere or if you want something that will stand out from the crowd, please give us a call and we will work with you to make what you are envisioning a reality.

We replaced the old pressure treated decking and railings on three decks at this home in Cape May with Azek Decking- Sedona color. The railings were replaced with our white vinyl Traditional Style railings. All of the decks were trimmed with white vinyl Azek trim.
In addition to replacing the decking and the railings, we also reinforced some of the deck beams and substructure while it was exposed. The deck renovation job really updated the overall look of this home.

On this project, we stripped the two old decks down to the sub frame and replaced everything on the surface. The old pressure treated frame work was holding up just fine for the most part, we only had to replace some bowed joists. The deck layout was changed a little bit; the customer wanted to add an area for his grill, so we installed a
4' x 6' bump-out to accommodate the grill. Azek Deck Boards were installed, Azek Trim went on the fascias of the decks, the stair stringers and stair risers and the old pressure treated railings were replaced with vinyl rails. This job really updated the look of the house and yard, but the really nice thing is that our customer will never have to worry about painting or staining that old deck and railings again.

We did fences for two homes side by side on this job. The neighboring houses are owned by members of the same family. The younger generation re-built on their lot, the parents just needed a new fence. The vinyl spindle top privacy fencing accents the newer home very nicely and it really updated the look of the yard at the existing home next door.

We transformed this dated shore house with a contemporary look that allows this family to get the most view out of their bayfront property with Glass Railings with vinyl framework.
We did a lot of custom AZEK Trimboard work to give this exterior a touch of class.

We replaced an old cedar picket and stockade fence at this home in the Fisher Woods section of Linwood in July 2010 with a new cedar fence. Cedar is still an excellent option for situations where vinyl may look out of place. We installed 6' high cedar tongue and groove with lattice top fence around the pool for privacy and 4' high cedar picket fence around the rest of the yard to give an open feel. The finished product is a beautiful fence that blends in with its surroundings, provides privacy and security, but also is inviting at the same time.

We installed a new cedar fence at this property in Northfield in June 2010. This property presented a challenge due to the layout, the fact that it is a corner property and the way the house is situated on the lot. We worked closely with the homeowner to come up with the best solution for their needs and to ensure that the fence looks like it "fits" the property. The end result is a fence that makes the yard look complete and the resident boxer puppy has plenty of room to play.

We replaced the old cedar fence at this home the week of December 6, 2010. The old picket fence was taken out and in its place, we put up vinyl closed top picket and vinyl semi privacy fencing. In order to set this fence apart from the crowd, we installed a T-Rail, which is normally reserved for railings as a top rail. The 6' semi privacy fence along the rear property line is sure to serve as a beautiful backdrop for perennials come spring and summer.

We replaced the old wood railings on this Ocean City top/bottom duplex in June of 2010. This type of house is common in Ocean City; a lot of them were built in the late '80s through the '90s. We replaced the railings on two front decks, one back deck, the scissors stair case and the roof deck. The old wood posts were strong and re-usable, so we sleeved the posts with vinyl and ran our Traditional Style vinyl rails between. The homeowners will never have to paint spindles again.

We did a railing renovation job on this Ocean City duplex in April 2009. On this house we replaced the wood railings with our Traditional Style vinyl railings on two front and two back decks. In addition to railings, we replaced all of the wood fascia on the decks with Azek trim, built all new, wider front entrance steps and built all new back steps. New pressure treated stringers were cut for the stairways, the treads are decked with Azek Brownstone color decking. Azek trim serves as the stair risers and covers the outside stair stringers. We sub contracted a mason to pour new front walkways to give the new steps a nice, solid foundation to sit on. This project really updated the look of this house and made maintenance far easier than it had been in the past.
